Meet Gretchel Johnson

 She worked five days a week, served an average of five clients per day, totaling approximately three hours per client Gretchel worked with an average of 57,600 clients, accumulating roughly 172,800 hours of intentional talk time in a span of 50 years. She amassed many years of experience in uplifting, inspiring and motivating women (before it was called coaching) which transformed their lives.

From the beginning while working as a cosmetologist and salon and spa owner, Gretchel reveled in supporting clients. Even though those women shared with her that they came for more than haircare the realization of what they gained came later; although it wasn't therapy the effects were therapeutic

Together, Gretchel and her clients found ways they could reframe how to look at life, expand possibilities and find the inner joy inherent in all of us.
